Millennium bim will take part in the 61st edition of FACIM – Maputo International Fair, which will run from 31 August to 6 September 2026 at the Ricatla International Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre in Marracuene.
As a sponsor, the Bank will bring an experience centred on its digital solutions to the country’s largest multi-sectoral trade fair. Its participation will also provide an opportunity to strengthen relationships with national and international companies, investors and institutional partners, reinforcing Millennium bim’s commitment to innovation, financial inclusion and the development of the Mozambican economy.
“FACIM is an opportunity for us to demonstrate, in practice, how innovation can make banking simpler and more accessible. We want visitors to our stand to be able to open an account entirely digitally and experience solutions that give them greater autonomy, while also strengthening our proximity to the companies, investors and partners that make FACIM one of the main meeting points for the Mozambican economy,” says Rui Pedro, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Millennium bim.
At the Bank’s stand, located in Pavilion C2 – Nacingueia/Provinces, visitors will be able to learn about and use different Millennium bim solutions. Through Smart IZI, visitors will be able to experience, at the stand itself, the 100% digital account-opening process in a simple, fast and autonomous way.
The space will also feature a card-issuing machine, through which Millennium bim customers visiting the stand will be able to obtain their card immediately. The Bank’s team will be available to provide information and support the use of the different digital channels.
Participation in FACIM is an opportunity for Millennium bim to strengthen relationships with customers and partners, establish new contacts and identify business and cooperation opportunities. It will also reinforce the Bank’s availability to meet the needs of national and international companies and support initiatives that contribute to investment, business expansion and the diversification of the economy.
Under the theme “Digital and Energy Transformation towards a Sustainable Economy”, the 61st edition of FACIM will bring together companies, investors, institutions and partners from different sectors, providing a platform for promoting investment, business and cooperation opportunities.
