Cabinet backs bill to fine fake architects and surveyors up to Sh2 million

Kenya’s Cabinet approved the Architectural and Quantity Surveying Practitioners Bill, 2026, proposing fines of up to Sh2 million or two years’ jail for fraudulent registration.
